Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.;
Monitor access points and assist with traffic flow during peak campus activity, events, and/or after-hours operations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with local responders as directed.;
Complete routine patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs with clear, timely communication to supervisors and oncoming personnel.
