What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

* Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, trailer yards, loading dock areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.

* Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and delivery traffic, helping to confirm authorized access and reporting discrepancies, damaged property, and/or policy violations.

* Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and communicating with site personnel regarding security-related issues, operational disruptions, and/or emergency conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Alarm panel experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
