Professional Security Officers – Full Time

Location: Fulton, MO

Wage: $18.50/hr

• 7PM – 7AM
• 7AM – 7PM
• 11PM – 7AM

The Professional Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Respond to incidents, calls, and communicate with the director of security.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope required for assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug test and background check.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• No security license needed.
• Alert and observant.
• Responsible and dependable.
• Open availability preferred.
• Driver certified.
