Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and surrounding perimeter.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicle traffic according to site-specific access-control procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow escalation/reporting procedures.;
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation; communicate unusual conditions to site leadership or Allied Universal supervision.
