Lumix Electrical, Inc. is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in industrial and commercial projects. We are actively growing and seeking experienced Industrial Electricians and Industrial Maintenance Electricians to join our skilled field team in mid-Missouri.

This role is ideal for electricians with strong industrial or commercial backgrounds who want consistent work, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow with a respected contractor. You will work alongside seasoned professionals on a wide range of industrial electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

• Assist foremen and supervisors with daily electrical tasks
• Install and support raceway systems including EMT, rigid, and PVC ranging from one half inch to four inches
• Bend conduit using hand benders, electric benders, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes
• Install and terminate conductors including feeders, branch circuits, and control wiring
• Work with industrial electrical equipment including MDP, MCC, and HV and LV panel boards
• Motor starters, VFDs, soft starts, and PLCs
• Follow NEC standards and all safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

• Minimum of four years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred
• Experience with PLCs, controls, VFDs, and soft starts
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency with power tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and sockets
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, squat, and bend for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection equipment
• Ability to wear required PPE including safety glasses, hard hat, safety shoes, gloves, and respirators
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using a computer for basic correspondence and reporting
• Willingness to travel up to 25 percent for project work with per diem provided
• Ability to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri prior to start

Candidates with at least two years of relevant commercial or industrial electrical experience may be considered based on skill level and qualifications.
