Seeking Family Medicine physicians or advanced practice clinicians

Employed outpatient primary care role with full medical staff privileges

Practice includes multiple outpatient clinic locations across Oswego and Fulton Schedule & Call Practice operates Mondayâ€"Friday, 7:00 AM â€" 5:00 PMFlexible scheduling with option to work 4 or 5 days per week Standard 40-hour workweek

Office call is shared among a large provider group and is very light

Phone-only call with no inpatient rounding required

Optional per diem hospitalist shifts available for interested family medicine physicians

Clinical Scope & Volume Full-scope family medicine, cradle-to-grave care Chronic disease management, adult medicine, and well-child visits

Common conditions include hypertension, diabetes, and preventive care

No obstetrics and limited gynecology

No sports medicine

Average patient volume of 20â€"25 patients per day for 8-hour shifts

Average patient volume of 25â€"30 patients per day for 10-hour shifts

Medent Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary range of $255,000â€"$275,000 plus wRVU production model (physicians)
