Job Overview

Domino's Pizza is seeking Assistant Managers to lead store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and cost controls.
• Lead and train staff, set expectations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer relations, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of service quality.
• Prepare and process orders, conduct inventory checks, and manage paperwork.
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment operation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
• Oversee staffing schedules, attendance, and punctuality.
• Track profitability metrics and assist with budgeting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong judgment, math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone.
• Basic computer literacy, including order entry and use of a touch-screen system.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in varying weather and temperature conditions, including carrying and pushing equipment.
