Job Summary

The Campus Director assists with the daily activities of the iCode School. This includes successfully achieving enrollment sales objectives, establishing off-campus relationships with local schools, and participation in local events, while also assisting with people management, facility management, and operational aspects of the business.

• Assist in managing campus operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with institutional policies.
• Support faculty in curriculum delivery, instructional quality, and student engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate student activities, enrollment processes, and academic support services to enhance student retention and satisfaction.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive campus environment that promotes diversity and community involvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic plans and growth initiatives for the campus.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as reporting, record keeping, and maintaining compliance with accreditation standards.
• Engage with students to provide mentorship, guidance, and support throughout their educational journey.

• Proven experience in higher education teaching or education administration.
• Strong background in university environments with familiarity in academic policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams or departments.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with students, staff, faculty, and external partners.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for technology education and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning community.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is highly desirable.
