Job Description:

** Job Overview*
* We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Laborer Testing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform essential testing and quality control functions in the lab, ensuring that all products meet industry standards and specifications.

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Conduct testing on various materials and products according to established protocols.

+ Prepare samples and set up testing equipment and instruments.

+ Document test results and maintain accurate records of all testing procedures.

+ Report any irregularities or issues to the supervisor promptly.

+ Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure smooth operations.

+ Follow safety guidelines and assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

+ Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

* Qualifications:

* + High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a technical field is a plus.

+ Previous experience in a laboratory or testing environment preferred.

+ Familiarity with testing equipment and procedures a plus.

** COMPENSATION*
* -    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $46,000 - $68,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

-    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
