RN Weekend Supervisor

Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our compassionate care team!

As the RN Weekend Supervisor
, you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver Care Beyond Compare through exceptional leadership and hands‑on support of our nursing team. You’ll ensure that high standards of resident care are consistently met, guide and mentor staff, and help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment focused on excellence and compassion.

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high‑quality resident care
• Oversee and coordinate care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct assessments and ensure timely updates to residents’ care plans
• Support, mentor, and serve as a resource for the nursing staff
• Assist with orientation and training of new employees
• Manage and respond to any issues or emergencies that arise during the weekend shifts
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure quality care and smooth operations

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team‑centered approach
