Compensation

• Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location).
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Part‑time; available shifts: mid‑shift, closing.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

• Greet customers, provide assistance, and recommend items.
• Maintain displays for the Hobbies & Home Improvement section.
• Mix paint and cut fabric as needed.
