Under the direction of the Property Manager and Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance, repairs in apartments, buildings, and responds to resident service requests.
Essential duties include preventative maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance. Weekend work is required and candidates should have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, own basic tools
