Overview
We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist for Gadsden Physician Management clinic - Bay Street Medical, affiliated with Riverview Regional Medical Center. Also referred to as Front Desk Associate, Healthcare Administrative Assistant or Medical Office Assistant, the Receptionist supports our daily administrative operations by helping patients, providers, and staff stay organized and informed. The Receptionist will handle front-desk responsibilities, manage patient records, and ensure smooth communication throughout the office.

8‑hour shifts – 8:00am–4:30pm - Location:
Riverview Regional Medical Center (Bay Street Medical Clinic) – Gadsden, AL

- Serves as telephone operator
- Greets patients
- Makes sure that necessary paperwork is completed
- Collects co-pays/deductibles as per company policy
- Schedules and reschedules patients appointments per established protocols by provider
- Serves as a primary customer service representative for the clinic
- Completes other duties and special projects as assigned or requested
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current
- Previous medical office receptionist experience
