Member Services Representative

Win South Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and service-driven Member Services Representative (MSR) to join our team. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our members.

The Member Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service while building strong relationships. This position is responsible for assisting members with account services, opening new accounts, providing digital banking support, processing debit card requests, and identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that best meet members' financial needs. The Member Services Representative demonstrates professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and a commitment to the Credit Union's mission of providing outstanding member service.
