Senior Civil Designer

First Four Staffing is partnered with a respected architectural and design firm in Baldwin County, AL to add a skilled Civil CAD Technician/Designer to their growing team. This is a full-time,
onsite role focused on supporting civil engineering and site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D
.

• Produce and revise drawings for site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, profiles, and specifications
• Develop grading and road design plans in accordance with project requirements
• Research and apply regulatory codes and design standards
• Support the design of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including master-planned communities
• Assist in meeting project milestones within defined scope, budget, and timeline

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering or site development design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
