Essential Responsibilities
Provide individual and family intervention services for families while following the SFI manual approach to services. Services will be provided in various settings but not limited to: in-home, office, and other community locations. Complete thorough intake paperwork and biopsychosocial assessments. Collaboratively complete individualized intervention plans with clients to assist them in identifying and reaching their goals. Conduct individual/family sessions weekly with each client based on their individualized goals.
Coordinate any necessary individualized services to ensure appropriate, effective, and timely interventions are initiated. Collaboratively complete discharge planning paperwork with clients to identify progress and any other areas of need for further referral. Complete all required clinical documentation within the required time frames. Services may be provided on evenings as needed.
Minimum of a master’s degree in a social, behavioral, or related field. Preferred experience in mental health, substance misuse, child welfare or related field. Possession of a valid Florida motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use a personal vehicle in the course of employment is also required. Once employed individual will provide copy of current proof of car insurance for personnel file.
Travel reimbursement available.
$25.00 per hour
