Basic patient care: help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating;
Vital signs monitoring: take and record blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation;
Mobility assistance: help patients get in and out of bed, walk, or use assistive devices; EKG lead maintenance: ensure telemetry monitors (heart monitors) are properly connected and functioning;
Observation: monitor patients for any physical changes and quickly notifying the nursing staff
