Travel Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Days)
Location: Gadsden, Alabama
Start Date: Mid-August
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Every Other Weekend Required

Join a dedicated Med Surg team in Gadsden, AL, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This travel RN position offers an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to grow their experience in a supportive and dynamic hospital environment.
Requirements
- Active Compact RN License or Alabama RN License
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Med Surg experience
- Cerner electronic charting experience preferred
- Must reside 50+ miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Rotate every other weekend as scheduled
- Maintain accurate patient records using the hospital’s EMR system
