Maintain the integrity of the patient medical record. Provide clerical support and process signed and unsigned orders, 485’s, and other key documents. Ensure all documents are saved to the patient medical record.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated computer, typing and clerical skills.
- Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Six months of experience in medical records in a health care office is highly preferred.
- Valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Ability to safely drive in all weather conditions.
- For employees located in Oregon, driving requirements are not applicable unless the employee has a clinical license.
