** The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Operates, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems and components including building automation systems.
* Operates and maintains vehicles including tractors, forklifts, boom lifts, loaders, large trucks, and motorized carts.
* Maintains small equipment used in the maintenance area.

** We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:
* High School or GED is preferred.
* Experience in at least three of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, electronics, carpentry/masonry, AutoCAD or equivalent Computer Aided Drafting / Drawing Program.
