Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.
• This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our fabricating machinery and facility infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic aptitude, coupled with a commitment to maintaining compliance with all safety regulations.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of parts on fabricating machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, performing timely repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of equipment.
• Ensure all machinery and safety equipment are in full compliance with OSHA, local, and federal regulations.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for accurate documentation of work orders, repair logs, and parts inventory.
• Provide assistance with the installation of new equipment and undertake necessary repairs to building infrastructure.

Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance, particularly within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with hydraulic systems.
• Experience with robotics maintenance.
• Capable of performing general building maintenance tasks.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory adherence.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance documentation.
