Maintenance Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)
- We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.
- This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our fabricating machinery and facility infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic aptitude, coupled with a commitment to maintaining compliance with all safety regulations.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of parts on fabricating machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, performing timely repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of equipment.
- Ensure all machinery and safety equipment are in full compliance with OSHA, local, and federal regulations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for accurate documentation of work orders, repair logs, and parts inventory.
- Provide assistance with the installation of new equipment and undertake necessary repairs to building infrastructure.
Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance, particularly within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with hydraulic systems.
- Experience with robotics maintenance.
- Capable of performing general building maintenance tasks.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory adherence.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance documentation.
