Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Refrigeration Systems Technician
Maintain, repair, and perform evaluations and preventative and predictive maintenance on refrigeration systems according to PM List and instructed by leadership.
Monitor system performance.
Replace components within the refrigeration's system, with safe LOTO procedures and in accordance with PSM program.
Troubleshoot equipment and recommend corrective action.
Complete work orders and PMs ensuring all performed work is logged into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) (APSM) daily.
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration compressors, condensers, pumps, vessels, re-circulators, purgers, evaporators, valves, etc.
All other relevant duties to the job.
RETA 1, or equivalent industrial ammonia refrigeration training such as Stellar, Frick, Lanier/GCAP, or employer training program.
1+ year experience operating and maintaining Ammonia Refrigeration systems required.
1+ year experience with electrical low and high voltage circuits required.
Strong math skills and technically savvy.
