CNC Precision Machinist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Precision Machinist to join our manufacturing team.
- This role is crucial for producing high-quality components by precisely setting up, programming, and operating CNC vertical mills and lathes.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of blueprint reading and advanced CAD file interpretation.
CNC Precision Machinist
Qualifications:
- Perform comprehensive setup, programming, and operation of CNC vertical mills and lathes.
- Accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Utilize CAD software to work with and manipulate DWG, DXF, and IGS file formats.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure all machined parts meet strict specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in accordance with company safety standards.
- Troubleshoot machine operations and programming issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, including significant expertise in machine setup and programming.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating and programming Vertical Mills and Lathes.
- Expert-level blueprint reading skills.
- Solid experience with CAD software, specifically working with DWG, DXF, and IGS files.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
