Position Overview

Full-time entry-level production role. You will work on a fast-paced factory production line performing repetitive tasks. The work takes place in a temperature‑controlled environment (38–42°F) and you will be on your feet during the shift.

• 1st Shift (Full-Time)

• Operate production line equipment and perform repetitive tasks as directed.
• Work efficiently and safely in a temperature‑controlled factory environment.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent (or willingness to complete required training).
• Basic reading and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a 38–42°F environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $16.35 per hour.
