Prince Metal Stampings Plant 3 in Gadsden, AL is seeking an Area Manager / Production Supervisor to promote safe, efficient production and meet quality goals.
You will plan, organize and control the area to hit shift schedules, reduce scrap and interruptions, and encourage continuous improvement while keeping the team customer-focused.
This is a 2nd shift role (3:45pm–12:15am) with a pay rate of $22–$24 per hour, emphasizing safe operations, OSHA compliance, and teamwork.
