CNC Lathe Mill operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a CNC Lathe/Mill Operator to join their team. As a CNC Lathe/Mill Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting precision engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

• Set up and operate CNC and manual lathe machines to produce parts as per engineering drawings.
• Load raw materials and tooling into machines and monitor operations for accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure product quality.

• Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
