Shift: Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (Every Other Weekend Required

Must live 50+ miles from facility
Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and confident Stepdown/PCU Travel RN ready to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient care using the Nursing Process
, demonstrating leadership, and ensuring safe, effective outcomes for patients requiring close monitoring.
- Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/PCU setting
- Monitor and assess patients with complex conditions
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment in care planning
- Delegate tasks appropriately based on team skill levels
- Supervise and support assigned staff
- Maintain clinical competencies through continued education
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and Nurse Practice Act
Active Alabama RN license or Compact (Multistate) License
