Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) for full-time field visits in the Marshall, Dekalb, Etowah, Cherokee, and Calhoun communities. Expect Monday–Friday visits with on-call rotation, delivering one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes to promote recovery, safety, and independence.
You will perform in-home assessments, provide skilled interventions, educate families, and coordinate care with physicians and the care team to prevent hospitalizations and ensure quality
