Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Days)

Gadsden, Alabama

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in an acute care setting
• Manage a patient assignment within a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Document patient information and care accurately using the facility's electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Compact or Alabama state license required
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler

• Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR)
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting

• Immediate start available for qualified candidates on a 13-week travel contract
