Roses - 2509 West Meighan Boulevard - Responsibilities:
To maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with store customers, providing good service and all possible assistance.;
To employ and properly train a qualified Assistant Manager, with the advice and approval of the District Manager.;
To supervise the staffing and scheduling of store personnel and to operate the store within the assigned payroll budget.;
To maintain inventory and ensure in-stock merchandise, including seasonal distribution.;
To enforce company policies, safety procedures, and maintain store cleanliness and presentational standards.
