At Regions, the Relationship Banker II meets with customers and prospects in person and by phone to determine their financial needs and to offer appropriate products, services, and guidance to help achieve financial goals. • Achieve branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and presenting Regions’ solutions
• Conduct outbound phone calls using lead lists to expand existing relationships and acquire new customers
• Educate customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit options
• Educate customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to make banking easier
• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions
• Own and resolve customer issues
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals
• Follow bank processes and regulations and participate in risk management as part of the branch team

This position requires tracking time for hours over 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The position is incentive eligible.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds

• Bachelor’s degree
• Life Insurance License
• One (1) year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience

• Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Ability to assist customers with digital banking offerings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to oversee large sums of cash
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and customer focus

Pay ranges are job-specific and provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors affecting pay include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, location, and performance. Pay varies among associates within the same role.

The target information below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area market range for the position location and level.

Job Range Target:

Minimum: $41,508.18 USD

Median: $49,644.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan. Incentives may be earned based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
