Walmart 301 – Gadsden, AL 35903.

Position:
Retail Sales Associate – Immediate Hire with paid training. You will work in the wireless services section at Walmart and engage with consumers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.

• Engage customers, learn their desires, and uncover objections; provide solutions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Welcome customers, politely offer assistance, and guide them to appropriate displays.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and celebrate success.
• Accurately document sales, track activity, and submit complete paperwork to Retail Operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk at all times.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
• Maintain customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average weekly earnings between $800–$1,000 (base + uncapped commission).
• Paid training course.
