Sales Consultant

Bankston Motor Homes is currently looking for RV Sales Consultants to help us maintain our position as the #1 Dealer in Alabama while continuing to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Hourly rate with commission has potential for annual six-figure income.

• Learn all RV categories including tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and motorhomes to best present buying options to customers
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers while assisting them with product selection
• Relaying detailed and accurate product knowledge to customers and conducting unit demonstrations
• Working closely with the F&I team to provide financing options
• Following up with current, existing, and potential leads through our CRM system daily
• Unlocking/opening units in the morning, locking up units in the evening

• Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods across the showroom and outdoor sales lot, including on uneven or gravel and paved surfaces
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climbing steps and ladders
• Reach overhead to access cabinets, awnings, and roof vents during walkthroughs
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs (paperwork, brochures, hitching equipment, small parts)
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle, including towing setups, for test drives
• Regularly talk and hear, both in person and by phone, for extended periods
• Frequently sit at a desk or computer to complete paperwork and enter data
• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and precipitation
• Moderate noise level typical of a retail sales floor and outdoor lot with vehicle traffic
• Fast-paced, customer-facing environment with frequent interruptions
