Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team! This entry-level development role provides hands‑on experience in insurance sales, client relationship management, team leadership, and agency operations. The successful candidate will complete a structured training program designed to prepare them for advancement roles leading into a commission sales position.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Participate in hands‑on leadership and management training.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve team and organizational goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continued growth.
- Build the skills needed to successfully lead and manage a high‑performing team.
- 2 years in a leadership role (preferred, not required)
- Valid Drivers License
- 2 years in a customer service role (preferred, not required)
