Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment
• Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts
• Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery parts as needed
• Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical/electronic components of machinery
• Organizes, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment as required.
• Installs, programs or repairs automated machinery such as robots or programmable controllers
• Able to operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, milling machine in repair of parts, jigs and fixtures.
• Can operate cutting torch or welding equipment.
