Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, medical gas, and other systems;
Respond quickly to emergency repair requests to restore hospital operations without impacting patient care;
Regularly inspect and test critical hospital safety systems such as backup generators, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and life safety equipment;
Conduct Preventative Maintenance during inspections (lubricating motors, testing generators, checking emergency lighting);
Assist with hospital renovation and construction projects; coordinate work with contractors (mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, medical gas)
