Wick TR in Alabama is seeking Class A CDL Recent Graduates for a full-time OTR van role. This entry-level program features 100% no-touch freight with starting pay of 0.55 CPM and typical weekly miles of 2500–2800, equating to about $1,200–$1,500 per week.
Trainees are paid $800–$900 per week during training and will start at 0.55 CPM after earning 250–300 hours behind the wheel. Home time is every other week for two days, with runs primarily east of I-35; dog and rider are allowed from day one
