CDL-A Truck Driver w/Tanker & Hazmat Dedicated Cryogenic $85-$110K/1st Yr (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsements run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary and provides great home time along with fantastic benefits. Training is offered for those without cryogenic experience.

• First year pay ranges from $85‑$106K. Drivers start at $300.30 per day with an increase of $3 per day every six months to a cap of $324 per day.
• Drivers who train new hires in cryogenics earn an additional $100 per day.
• Shadow training: drivers run their truck while a trainer runs theirs. They are paid $125 per day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training.
• All trucks are 579 Petes with automatic transmission; no slip seating.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days. Benefits include one week of vacation in the first 52 weeks, medical, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

• Operate dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to run in all 48 states.
• Must be willing to fly home for 7‑day breaks; the company covers round‑trip flights. If within 200 miles of home, driver may drive truck home.
• Out 21 days, home max 7 days per stay; travel less than 7 days possible, may stay out longer than 21.

• At least one year of OTR or Regional driving in the last three years.
• Must have a valid tanker and hazmat endorsement at time of application.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• Felony convictions disqualify applicants.
• Failure or refusal to pass a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion) disqualifies applicants.

Drivers will receive flight home and back for 7‑day breaks; if unable to fly, not eligible.
