CDL A Drivers Run 21 Home 7 No Touch Freight (Full Time)

Class A drivers run 100% no touch accounts and are paid in the following ranges based on experience. Home time is a key benefit of this role: drivers run 21 days and are home 9 days (7 at home and 2 travel days). • Operate across Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, parts of the Southeast and Northeast with no deliveries in the state of New York.
• Maintain the policy of no-touch freight on 100% of loads.
• Utilize Freightliner, KW or International tractors, with an average vehicle age around 18 months, equipped with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV and XM radio.
• Park trucks at designated locations:
  Charlotte, NC;
  Columbus, OH; or Mansfield, PA.
• Keep to the night-driving emphasis for freight movement (approximately 65% of loads).

• Salary range: $90,000–$112,000 per year (varies by experience).
• Pay structure: $.65–$.70 per mile, based on hazmat endorsement and experience.
• Schedule:
  
  21 days on the road, 9 days off (7 days at home, 2 travel days). Home time and travel arrangement are coordinated by the carrier.

• Full benefits begin after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k) and more.
• Company provides turns in and maintenance support, with maintenance performed while drivers are at home.
• Turnover reported as among the lowest in the industry.

• Minimum 8 months of OTR or regional experience in the last 3 years, with at least 2 months of winter-conditions running in December, January or February.
• For drivers with local experience in the Upper Midwest or Northeast major cities during winter and 1 year of Class A experience, this would qualify.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (no more than 2 in the last 12 months; none can be serious).
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years or parking lot incidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months; not terminated from any driving job in the last 12 months; no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.

This description excludes NY deliveries and emphasizes night driving for a significant portion of trips.
