Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
Warehouse Section Leader
Responsibilities- Manage daily warehouse team operations, overseeing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods warehouses
- Develop and optimize warehouse management systems and SOPs, ensuring accuracy of records, physical inventory, and cards
- Plan warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and material turnover efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production planning to ensure material readiness
- Organize periodic inventory counts, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions
- Maintain and control data integrity in ERP/WMS systems
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields
- 3+ years of manufacturing warehouse management experience; background in energy storage container, or metal welding industry preferred
- Familiar with ERP (SAP/Yonyou, etc.) and WMS system operations
- Strong data analysis and team management capabilities
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
