Inside the Role
Process Engineer responsible for evaluating production processes and methods for safety, quality, efficiency, technique, cost and ergonomic impact. Recommend process changes required to correct deficiencies in the above elements and coordinate the implementation of these changes into production. Develop process documentation for use by manufacturing.

We Take Care of Our TeamPosition offers a starting salary range of $69,500 - $123,500 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

- Utilize predetermined standard time system and software to develop standard labor costs of existing processes and future products.
- Utilize conventional process time studies to confirm existing processes.
- Review complex product designs and product design changes.
- Identify impact to production requirements and develop highly efficient and technically sound process solutions.
- Maintain quality standards and cost efficiency.
- Participate in selection and testing of manufacturing equipment and tooling as required.
- Participate in or lead special projects as required.
- Interface and coordinate with all manufacturing business units to specify and/or integrate process and method improvements.
- BS/BA and 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
- Should be knowledgeable of tools relating to Standard Work Instructions
- Should be knowledgeable of tools relating to Job Element sheets, Yamazumi creation and line-balancing.
- Should be knowledgeable of timer-pro software or comparable Yamazumi/line-balancing software.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
