**** Position offers a starting salary range of $78,000 - $100,000 USD
** Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. ** What You Drive at DTNA
*** Interface with regulatory agencies to stay compliant and inform Management of impact on new laws and action plans
* Perform plant environmental studies involving pollutants, waste handling and health
* Research, collect data analyze and prepare federal, state and local reports as required
* Assist in the coordination of hazardous and non-hazardous waste shipment from the facility
* Promote and perform effective application of all environmental training programs
* Perform daily/weekly/monthly inspections and follow up for hazardous waste, storm water, and general housekeeping.  Assist with sampling efforts and protocols
* Assist all management and supervisory personnel in the application of all environmental laws, regulations and programs
* Coordinate environmental compliance inspections (air, water, RCRA, etc) with state or federal officials as needed.  Assist in follow up and completion of corrective actions

* Implement/maintain environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001
** Knowledge You Should Bring
*** BS/BA and prefer 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
* Proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
