As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive PT services to residents in a skilled nursing facility, including assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to promote functional outcomes and patient safety.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a SNF or acute care setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a travel assignment environment.
