Center Well Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility and independence in their homes. You will plan and administer prescribed therapy, assess progress, and document care with the care team.
You’ll work 40 hours per week with pay per year in the $93,000–$128,000 range, plus medical, dental, 401(k) and other benefits. A valid PT license, CPR certification, and teamwork are required.
