Manager, Supply Chain Operations

GXO Logistics is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Operations to lead day‑to‑day warehouse and logistics performance for blue‑chip customers. You will own planning, inventory, and fulfillment execution, ensuring safety, quality, on‑time service and cost efficiency. Using data analytics, WMS/TMS and automation, you’ll drive continuous improvement, KPI management and standard work. You will lead and coach frontline supervisors and associates in a performance‑driven, inclusive culture, partnering with cross‑functional teams to implement process changes, support robotics and technology initiatives, and deliver world‑class customer service.
