This is a true end‑to‑end factory Supply Chain leadership role in a fast‑paced CPG manufacturing environment. You will own the entire on‑site supply chain value stream — from inbound material planning and supplier management, through detailed production scheduling, to warehousing, inventory control, and finished goods dispatch. If it moves into, through, or out of the factory, you own it.

You will lead, coach, and develop the factory Supply Chain team to deliver seamless plant operations, protect service levels, control working capital, and drive continuous improvement across every link of the chain.

What You’ll Own (End‑to‑End Factory Supply Chain)
  • Inbound Material Management / Planning: Ensure raw and packaging materials are available on‑time, in‑full, at quality, and at best total cost to enable uninterrupted manufacturing. Partner with suppliers to hold service levels and continuously improve.
  • Detailed Production Scheduling (DPS): Deliver consistently achievable production schedules aligned to the Master Production Schedule, while minimizing production cost and changeover waste.
  • Warehousing & Inventory Control: Drive good warehousing practices for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Ensure accurate inventory records, disciplined stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), freshness protection, and airtight controls over all receipt and dispatch documentation.
  • Supplier Base Management: Ensure the factory operates with a proven, reliable, and qualified supplier base; develop containment strategies when disruptions hit.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership: Serve as the factory’s supply chain integrator — collaborating daily with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Transportation, Customs, and Corporate Supply Chain to keep the plant running.
  • LEAN Source Leader for the site — championing Value Stream thinking across the operation.
  • NCE / TPM Leadership: Actively drive Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) within the Business Unit and across the factory.
  • Budget & Performance: Develop the Supply Chain budget, own performance plans, and deliver against cost, service, and inventory KPIs.
  • People Leadership: Build talent through career development, succession planning, and mentoring. Maintain a safe, engaged, high‑performing team.
  • Peer

    Collaboration:

Share standard methodologies with peer factory Supply Chain Managers and partner with the Lean Champion, Procurement, Factory Management, and Application Group to drive continuous improvement enterprise‑wide.
