** Responsible for planning and allocating manpower to support the daily production requirements, supporting the lean manufacturing principles and concepts, developing a culture of continuous improvement, and initiate problem solving to improve all KPI's impacts within your area of responsibility.

**** Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000 - $121,000 USD
** Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

*** Planning and allocating manpower to support the daily production requirements.
* Employee relations promoting teamwork, coaching, and mentoring, and issuing discipline as needed.
* Lead problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
* Support the plant metrics by establishing goals and targets for your area of responsibility.
* Develop and execute problem solving strategy initiatives to improve  SQDCME (SAFETY-QUALITY-DELIVERY-COST-MORALE-ENVIRONMENTAL)
* Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures.
** Knowledge You Should Bring
*** BS/BA and 4 years of relevant experience preferred OR 6+ years relevant experience leading teams of people in a high-volume manufacturing or logistics setting in lieu of a degree
* Ability to lead with professionalism.
* Must be able to work any shift.
* Ability to lead with influence to achieve positive outcomes.
* Solid and effective communicator with good networking skills
* Knowledge with SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint software packages
