Repair and maintain molds, fixtures, and tooling per control plans;
Read blueprints and CAD drawings to lay out metal stock and set up/machine tooling;
Design jigs and templates for part fabrication;
Operate grinders, mills, lathes, drill presses, and band saws; perform basic ovens and overhead crane use;
Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders; inspect tools/dies for defects and repair as needed;
Assist with mold changes on injection molding machines and troubleshoot injection molding equipment;
Ensure safety and environmental health and safety programs are followed
