Brown Packing is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Stand‑Up Reach Truck Operator to join our 2nd Shift team. This position is responsible for safely operating a stand‑up reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping operations.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM start time.
Regular 2nd Shift
Schedule:
Once training is successfully completed, the scheduled start time will be 1:30 PM.
Job Duties
- Safely operate a stand‑up reach truck in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
- Pick customer and production orders accurately and efficiently.
- Store products in designated rack locations while maintaining organization.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Scan products and complete inventory transactions using warehouse equipment.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and OSHA safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous stand‑up reach truck experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
