Financial Center Supervisor

As a Financial Center Supervisor, you will lead a team to build relationships with the existing customer base, providing products and services that enable customers to achieve financial success. You will mentor, train, and coach team members while working collectively to grow deposits and stay involved in the community you serve.

• Support internal and external customers in a variety of ways, including opening new accounts and services for customers, pursuing cross‑selling opportunities across banking units, and accurately completing a variety of loan and deposit transactions.
• Guide the branch toward operational excellence by ensuring compliance with applicable regulations as well as internal Guidelines and Procedures.

• Previous experience in financial services or leadership.
• Ability to travel for early‑career training purposes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, and grasp technical information quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to work well in teams and individually.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Previous customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
• Knowledge of banking.
